This LIVE Workshop is for small businesses, organizations, corporations, and all businesses looking for ways for their employees to grow and expand their knowledge of Diversity. The training is Live and trained by expert historian Rita Fuller-Yates. She prepares each employee to become better leaders, managers, and allies for today’s growing workforce of diverse employees. Fuller-Yates provides a small group intimate setting to ensure all voices are heard and all minds are engaged. The goal for this training is for each employee to be enlightened on Columbus Black History while learning thru history the disadvantages that were established for the black community. Each employee small group will be introduced to a black community issue that’s currently happening. Each group will work towards providing possible solutions to the issues.
